I am not an avid American Idol watcher by any means. However, when I heard that one of the three final contestants performed
Kanye West's "Heartless" with nothing backing him but his acoustic guitar, I had to hear it. I was not disappointed either.
Kris Allen's performance was surprisingly awesome! He added his own style to it and definitely turned his risky bet into a big payoff. I haven't been watching this season at all, but Kris certainly earned a vote from me. I wonder if Kanye liked it as much as I did ;-p
