Dreamworthy: Cocoon Bed by Ruf Betton

The Cocoon Bed by Ruf Betton looks like the makings of a fabulously stylish night's sleep. I'm particularly partial to the white leather (synthetic) version, but it comes in a "masculine" textured grey fabric as well. Available at La Difference International Furnishings (http://www.ladiff.com/) at $3,399.00 for Queen-size.

Dreamworthy Lashes: What's the difference??

Every girly-girl (and even some tom-boys) know, it's all about lashes! We've been batting our lashes since the beginning of time it seems. I swear, if I had to have nothing but lip gloss and mascara, I'd be just fine. (Ok, ok concealer too, ;o) Now we all know that there are literally hundreds of different brands and types of mascara. Everyone has different needs as far as length and volume are concerned. But I've just uncovered a secret that has saved me quite a bit. My favorite mascara of all time is Benefit's Bad Gal Lash. However, in this recession, $18 per tube was getting rather costly for me. So, grudgingly, I began a search for a cheaper alternative. That is when I found it. Maybelline's The Colossal Volum' Express (in Glam Black). It would take nothing short of scientific evidence to convince me that these two mascaras are not the same. I see the same length, volume, fullness, softness, and huge application brush. At about $6 it is truly a wonderful alternative. I promise!

Dreamlight: New Music - Paramore "Ignorance"

Paramore is back with more of the post-punk we know and love. With a super-simple video, the band seems to be a bit more grown up, yet still true to their reknowned fun times, angsty lyrics, and Hayley's bright, red hair. Yes, we should "accept that the change is good."

"Ignorance" the new single from their forthcoming album brand new eyes set to release September 29th. Followed shortly by (yay!) another tour! Did I mention I love them?

DreamLight: Shakira "She Wolf"

She's back and she is still BAD! (not BAD meaning "bad", but BAD meaning "good!")

Shakira's new single "She Wolf," available in both English and Spanish, is more of the Shakira we all know and love. The new video, chock full of gyrations, leotards, and flowy, blonde hair is weird and wonderful. Shakira is back to remind everyone that Beyonce is not the original hip-shaker!
